(MARTINSBURG, W.V.) — The National Maritime Center issued a bulletin notifying U.S. mariners that Sept. 25 is the deadline to obtain the new Transportation Worker Identification Credential. The bulletin offers information on the necessary fingerprinting process that remains in place until a mail-in system is approved.
