(HOUSTON) — Heavy fog at Houston disrupted crude oil shipments Tuesday, but tanker traffic was moving again Wednesday morning, Reuters reported. The Houston Shipping Channel was unsafe for ships Tuesday afternoon and evening, according to the Vessel Traffic Service. Eight refineries in the Houston/Texas City region have been impacted by multi-day fog closures.
