(BAYOU L’OURSE, La.) — A tugboat crewman fell off the vessel and drowned, television station WBRZ reported. A witness reported that the 39-year-old man was working aboard a docked tugboat when he fell into Bayou Boeuf. The body was recovered and an autopsy is scheduled.
