(CAMPBELL RIVER, British Columbia) — The owner of a barge involved in a casualty in Robson Bight was found guilty of six pollution charges, the Campbell River Mirror newspaper reported. Ted Leroy Trucking owned the barge that tipped and dumped logging equipment and a fuel truck into the waterway in 2007. The judge said the unseaworthiness of the barge was the sole cause of the accident.
