(HOUSTON) — Pilots have halted all inbound and outbound Houston Ship Channel transits because of fog, Bloomberg News reported. Ten vessels were waiting to leave, while 56 were waiting to enter. The Vessel Traffic Service doubted the channel would reopen today.
