(SAULT STE. MARIE, Mich.) — A 1,000-foot coal ship that ran aground in the St. Marys River has been refloated, the Duluth News Tribune newspaper reported. The Paul R. Tregurtha was grounded at its bow and stern, and the vessel spanned the entire channel, blocking navigation. Tugboats were able to free the freighter this morning.
