GAO denies protest of Coast Guard cutter contracts

(WASHINGTON) — The Government Accountability Office (GAO) recently denied a protest by Huntington Ingalls Industries and VT Halter Marine over Phase I contracts awarded for the Coast Guard's offshore patrol cutter (OPC) program.
