Freight ship carrying sulfur aground off Texas, needs lightering

(SABINE, Texas) — A freight ship carrying prilled sulfur has been aground off the coast of Texas since Sunday, the Beaumont Enterprise newspaper reported. The 615-foot El Tanin needs to be lightered this weekend, the Coast Guard said.
