(MIAMI) — Charles Towsley, former director of the port of Miami, has started up a small containership company that serves niche ports in the Caribbean, the Miami Herald reported. Sante Shipping, using private equity, bought and refurbished a small containership. The company has even helped deliver aid to Haiti.
