(HILLSBORO BEACH, Fla.) — A mysterious fire destroyed a tugboat that had been working on an artificial-reef project, the Sun-Sentinal newspaper reported. The blaze was in the Intracoastal Waterway near Hillsboro Beach. The cause of the fire was unavailable.
