(EVERETT, Wash.) — Four tugs from Dunlop Towing Co. moved a massive sewer pipe down the Snohomish River, the Daily Herald newspaper reported. The load was inched along at 1 knot while the vessels carefully transited the Highway 529 and I-5 bridges. They timed the job for when the incoming tide and river flow cancelled each other out.
