(TAMPA, Fla.) — A passenger on the cruise ship MS Ryndam trespassed in a work area and lauched the ship’s anchor and a life buoy, the news website The Smoking Gun reported. The 44-year-old California man was intoxicated, according to the FBI. He was caught on surveillance video and now faces a felony charge of endangering a vessel.
