(SOUTH HAVEN, Mich.) — Officials are trying to determine why a tugboat sank Sunday on the Black River behind the Michigan Maritime Museum, MLive.com reported. The 91-year-old Wilhelm Baum had been docked at the museum for 11 years. No one was aboard the tug when the incident occurred.
