(LOS ANGELES) — A dive boat became disabled of the Southern California coast, and 26 people were evacuated, television station KTLA news reported. The 90-foot vessel Vision, based in Oxnard, lost its rudder and began taking on water. The Coast Guard rescued the occupants, and the crew was able to fix the leak.
