Decommissioned ship breaks from moorings in Washington

(BELLINGHAM, Wash.) — A Horizon Lines ship broke from its moorings Tuesday morning after its bow lines snapped in high winds, KIRO 7 TV reported. The ship, which is decommissioned, is being prepared for salvage. The Coast Guard assisted commercial tugboats in reattaching the vessel to the pier.
