(NEW ORLEANS) — A crewman working on the exterior of a Carnival cruise ship died in an accident Sunday in the vessel's home port, the Times-Picayune reported. A spokesman for the Port of New Orleans said the man was crushed when he became wedged between a cherry picker and a platform holding one of Carnival Conquest's lifeboats.
