(ST. JOHN'S, Newfoundland) — Union leaders say 11 men stranded on a cargo ship in the port of Argentia are low on food and water and have no winter clothing, The Canadian Press reported Friday. The eight Ukrainian and three Russian crewmembers have been stranded aboard M/V Jana since Aug. 4. The vessel was last owned by a German company that claims the ship was seized when it filed for bankruptcy.
