Collision closes part of Intracoastal Waterway in Texas

(HOUSTON) — Part of the Intracoastal Waterway was shut down Wednesday after a collision between a dredging vessel and a towing vessel, Click2Houston.com reported. Crews were working to clear the dredging vessel from the area where the Houston and Galveston ship channels meet. Ship traffic in the channels was not affected.
