(ST. JOHN'S, Newfoundland) — Miller Shipping of St. John's has pleaded not guilty to charges stemming from the death of a tugboat crewman last year off Newfoundland's south coast, CBC News reported. Western Tugger was towing a barge through heavy fog in May 2013 when the victim was struck by shards of a brake drum. The company and Capt. James Lejeune each face five counts of violating the Transportation Safety Code of Canada.
