(GREENWICH, Conn.) — A barge broke free from its mooring in Stamford on Wednesday and ran aground in Old Greenwich, cracking its hull, the Greenwich Time reported. A commercial diver was making repairs to the 100-by-40-foot deck barge on Thursday afternoon before an attempt was made to refloat it.
