(HELENA, Ark.) — A barge partially sank in the Mississippi River after colliding with a bridge pier, the Daily World newspaper reported. The barge was part of a tow with the vessel Chris Parsonage. The barge was damaged, and Helena Marine said the Coast Guard is investigating the incident.
