(PLACENTIA BAY, Newfoundland) — A barge in a four-vessel tow broke from its tugboat and was adrift Thursday in Placentia Bay, CBC News reported. The tow was en route from Argentia to St. Mary's Bay when the 45-foot steel barge disconnected. A second tugboat brought the other three barges to their destination as the original tug doubled back to pick up the drifting barge.
