(ASHTABULA, Ohio) — A 1913 tugboat built in Ashtabula has been offered for sale on eBay, the Star Beacon newspaper of Ashtabula reported. The John Michael was constructed by the Great Lakes Engineering Works. The minimum bid is $15,000, and a maritime museum in Ashtabula may be interested.
