Gladding-Hearn Shipbuilding built the 73-foot Calcasieu Pilot for the Lake Charles Pilots. The all-aluminum vessel is powered by twin 1,300-hp Cummins Tier 4 diesel engines and supports pilot transfers up to 30 miles offshore.
