(TOLEDO, Ohio) — The results of the American Maritime Officers’ national election has muddle the future of the Toledo’s union community, the Toledo Blade newspaper reported. Port authority member Daniel Smith was defeated in a rerun for the position of national executive vice president. The defeat places Smith’s status in the local labor leadership in doubt.
