(ROTTERDAM, Netherlands) — Alphatron Marine has announced the signing of a full-service maintenance contract with Exmar Shipmanagement. Covering six gas carriers, the contract will unburden their organization, ensure optimized operation and reduce daily running costs for the next five years.
Situated in Antwerp, the second-largest seaport of Europe, Exmar Shipmanagement is a leading and global operator in the transportation of liquefied gas products, and has over 20 years of experience in owning and operating gas carriers. Alphatron Marine has been selected for this contract as a highly reliable and innovative business partner, guaranteeing quick and precise response to unexpected interventions and breakdowns.
The gas carriers are fitted mainly with JRC equipment and Alphatron Marine has many years of experience of installing and also supporting these and other high-tech navigation and communication equipment onboard. The contract also includes equipment that is subjected to mandatory annual certifications and inspections.
