(ROTTERDAM, Netherlands) — Alphatron Marine has announced that Arno Metzemakers will be appointed as general manager of Alphatron Marine Group as of June 1 and will be responsible for all operational matters worldwide.
Karin Hoogendam will be appointed as chief operating officer. Together with Wil Walhain, chief financial officer, they will be the day-to-day management of Alphatron Marine Group.
Luuk Vroombout will remain as president and CEO and will remain a member of the executive board with Dick Slingerland. Vroombout also will be directly responsible for all commercial activities like product development, marketing and sales.
