(HOUSTON) — PortVision AIS vessel tracking data for the containership Maersk Tigris, seized Tuesday by Iranian forces in the Persian Gulf, shows the vessel was transiting between 12 and 13 knots at the time of the incident, then made various course and speed changes over the next 10 hours. The vessel's AIS on Wednesday showed it to be anchored approximately five miles off the coast of Iran.
