Rescue response underway after towboat sinks in Ohio River

(GEORGETOWN, Pa.) — A tugboat has sunk in the Ohio River, and one person has been rescued, the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette newspaper reported. The emergency is at C&C Marine Maintenance Co. in Beaver County. Dive teams are being requested.
