(WASHINGTON) — President Obama today signed the Water Resources Reform and Development Act of 2014, which will improve the reliability and efficiency of the U.S. inland waterway system, Ohio's Country Journal reported. WRRDA will bring more accountability to the Army Corps of Engineers project delivery system, federalize the Olmsted Locks and Dam project, and redefine major rehabilitation projects eligible for funding through the Inland Waterways Trust Fund.
