Michigan’s new attorney general will not drop Asian carp lawsuit

(LANSING, Mich.) — The new attorney general in Michigan plans to continue a court fight to keep Asian carp out of the Great Lakes, United Press International reported. Bill Schuette says he will not drop the lawsuit that would block the Chicago Sanitary and Ship Canal to keep the invasive fish out of Lake Michigan.
