(NEW BEDFORD, Mass.) — Unlike during the Bush adminstration, the current Justice Department and Coast Guard are not posing a legal challenge to a state law in Massachusetts that establishes new tugboat escort requirements for oil shipments, the Cape Cod Times reported.
