(FORT EDWARD, N.Y.) — Twenty tugboats, 18 barges and 12 dredge platforms are ready to go as the Hudson River PCB dredging project is set to begin, the Daily Gazette newspaper of Schenectady, N.Y., reported. Dozens of contractors employing 500 workers have been hired for the job.
